From May 30-31, 2023, ALTPRO exhibited at the railway technology fair – SEE Mobility 2023 in Belgrade. This regional fair is important for connecting Croatian companies with partners in the region and opening up business opportunities.

On the first day of the fair, at the opening ceremony, representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia and the embassies of the Republic of Croatia, Great Britain, France and Slovakia welcomed the gathering. Two panels discussed the railway as the greenest and safest form of transport, its role in decarbonisation and investments in the renovation and modernization of railways in the region.

At the first panel discussion, Zvonimir Viduka, vice-president of the Railway Industry Group HGK and director of the company Altpro, said that the modernization of railways in SE Europe and the region opens the preconditions for the creation of a new technological and service industry for railways, as well as for new jobs. “Altpro has been cooperating with the railways of the region for years on the introduction of new technological solutions,” said Viduka and added that by connecting companies in a cluster, they created a stronger offer of domestic regional production companies.
